The Commission approved a recommendation from the County Administrator to enter into a USDA lease amendment for 125 Pine Avenue, Suite 150, Albany, Georgia on Oct. 6, 2025. Commissioner Ed Newsome moved for approval and Commissioner Russell Gray seconded; County Administrator Deron King said the amendment was to extend the lease and the motion passed unanimously (Resolution 25‑063).
