The Commission approved the addition of Article XI—Massage and Spa Establishments to Chapter 2‑10 of the Dougherty County Code on Oct. 6, 2025 (Resolution 25‑061). Commissioner Clinton Johnson moved for approval and Commissioner Ed Newsome seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
