The Seminole County Board of Adjustment approved a west-side street-yard setback variance for 418 Lake Boulevard to permit conversion of an existing carport into a 12-by-26.1-foot addition. Planning staff explained the lot is a corner parcel with two front yards for setback purposes and traffic engineering raised no visibility objections; the property previously had a roof permit and interior updates approved.
