Board members agreed to schedule a budget work session in early August (staff suggested August 4) to set expectations and review FY24‑25 closeout figures ahead of a formal workshop on Aug. 25. Finance staff said some numbers (FY25 closeouts) will be available to inform the early work session and recommended using building needs assessments as preparation material.
