Staff provided concrete submission instructions and an evaluation schedule for proposers. "Submit them to Gordon Bauer. His email address is listed and copy Renee Baron. That address is listed as well. Printed proposals can also be delivered to the address listed," the staff member said, and repeated the hard submission deadline of Oct. 26 at 5 p.m. Central.
