Surveyor updates Board on construction progress, surety acceptance and spoil complaint
Surveyor staff reported progress on multiple drainage reconstruction projects, noted surety acceptance and release items to be handled by the County Commissioners, and said work on Emily Vestal Drain would be temporarily suspended while legal consultation occurs over spoil placed beyond an easement.

Hamilton County Surveyor Gary Duncan and staff provided construction updates on multiple projects and flagged financial surety items. The Surveyor said the Board will see surety acceptance for Performance Bond No. 8000021107 ($237,060) for Riverwest compensatory storage and a surety release for Performance Bond No. 1920409 ($102,732) for McClure Oil Corporation's erosion control at 23576 Englewood Road.
