The council adopted Ordinance No. 2025-06-02 on June 10 to change the zoning of 151.193 acres identified as Elevon, Section 5, from Temporary Agriculture (A) to Planned Development (PD) to allow a mix of commercial and residential uses. City Manager Kim Dobbs said the property had been annexed at a prior meeting and staff mailed 20 notices to adjacent owners; one notice was returned in opposition.
