Public‑works Director Yarbrough presented two stormwater projects and recommended awarding the only bid received for the Harper Spring box and the low bid for the Maple Drive channel improvement. The Harper Spring box came in at $57,462.90; director said the single bidder had prior town work and staff recommended awarding the contract. The board approved the motion to award the bid.
