219 Jet LLC has submitted a site-plan/stipulation amendment requesting a reduction of front building setbacks from 30 feet to 20 feet across all lots of a previously approved R‑3 subdivision (case #2022‑22‑Z). The application covers approximately 29.099 acres along Dallas‑Acworth Highway and includes engineering and zoning analyses prepared by Perspective Engineering, Inc. (Jerry L. Johnson, PE).
