Board authorizes bid specifications for Werner Farm structure removal and new pole building estimate
Parks Director Judy Houck reported the farmhouse removal at Werner Farm would need to be bid, the smokehouse could be an alternate, and she was directed to obtain an estimate for a pole building for rentals, programs and storage; the Board authorized Great Valley Consultants to prepare bid specifications.

Parks and Recreation Director Judy Houck updated the Board on structures at Werner Farm and said the removal of the farmhouse "would have to go out to bid," with the smokehouse offered as a bid alternate. Ms. Houck said she is working to obtain an estimate to construct a publicly accessible pole building for large indoor rentals, program space and storage.
