Solicitor Dan Becker told the Board that staff and the Solicitor's office "have been working on a Data Center... Ordinance" and asked the Board to authorize preparation, advertisement, and consideration of enactment. The Board voted to "authorize the final preparation and advertisement, for consideration of enactment of a Data Center Ordinance."
