Upson County approves consent agenda, appoints voting delegate to Legislative Leadership Conference

The Upson County Board of Commissioners approved the consent agenda items on Sept. 22, including approval of the Aug. 26, 2026 millage rate public hearing meeting minutes, Sept. 8 work session and regular meeting minutes, and the appointment of Lonnie Joyce as the voting delegate for the Legislative Leadership Conference. Commissioner Ellington moved to approve the consent agenda, Commissioner Watson seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
