Trustee Brian Esselman moved, seconded by Trustee Larry Lensmith, to approve a labor quote from Impressive Improvements LLC for removal and installation of new windows in the community center at a labor cost of $13,720 and to approve replacement windows at a cost not to exceed $44,480. The motion carried on a 5-0 roll-call vote.
