John Magura, Maintenance Supervisor, reported the Avery Trace Middle School softball field project is substantially complete and that staff were meeting with the project engineer and architect. On a motion by Mr. David McCormick, seconded by Dr. Dawn Fry, the board approved Change Order #2 with King Construction Group, Inc. to decrease the contract amount by $3,500.
