Presenter: 9 of 17 Valley View homes sold; developer asks city to consider support for Phase 2

The board received a construction update that as of October 2026 nine of 17 homes in Valley View Phase 1 in Marshall, Michigan have sold, the presenter said. The presenter added that the developer expects 14 of the 17 homes to be under construction or completed by Feb. 1, 2027, and projects 11 of those 14 will be sold by the end of 2026.
