The Planning Commission on Oct. 20 conditionally approved an exterior renovation for the Fast Stop convenience store at 2415 Highway 70 East, subject to several standard conditions from planning staff including a complete materials schedule, verification that the primary exterior material covers at least 50% of the wall, articulation to break facades longer than 50 feet, color samples, mechanical equipment screening, sign-permit compliance and landscaping/site improvements.
