Commission approves concept plan for Morgan Ready Mix on Reliance Road
After a prior special-use permit was approved, the planning commission approved a concept plan for Morgan Ready Mix's Reliance Road site; staff said many comments were addressed and the applicant will return with a full site plan and civil design next month.

Morgan Ready Mix and its engineers presented a concept site plan June 16 for a parcel on Reliance Road after receiving a special-use permit from the BZA earlier the same night. The commission treated tonight's item as a concept review and approved moving the project to a full site-plan submittal.
