The Town Council of Green Level adopted Ordinance 2026.09.02, extending the moratorium on any development approval required by law in the town for six months. Town Clerk Taylor Elizondo presented the ordinance during a public hearing and Mayor Pro Tem Patricia Jones opened the floor to comment before the council voted to adopt the measure unanimously.
