Multiple commissioners said the redline the developer displayed did not match the black‑and‑white printouts on the dais, producing confusion about the extent of on‑street parking. One commissioner (speaker 1) said: "On the drawing that's actually drawn on the drawing, the only parking is along Road A and the bits behind the townhomes," and asked the team to provide a revised plan that reflects true scale.
