The Town Board voted 5-0 to table Ordinance 26-0001 (a data center moratorium) indefinitely and to participate in a data center study with six Dane County zoning opt-out towns.

Chairman Dave Laufenberg moved and Supervisor Ashley Ballweg seconded a motion to table Ordinance 26-0001, a proposed data center moratorium. The motion also directed the town to participate in a data center study with six Dane County zoning opt-out towns. The motion carried 5-0.
