Auditor flags two LGC performance indicators; council to draft response
Tony Brewer presented the FY 2024–25 audit and identified two failing performance indicators that require a majority-signed response to the Local Government Commission within 60 days; Clerk Taylor Elizondo said she would prepare the response for the March 12 meeting.

Tony Brewer of Tony Brewer, CPA, PC presented the Green Level FY 2024–25 audit on Feb. 12, 2026 and reviewed financial highlights and the audit analysis. Brewer told the Council the presentation and full audit report are public record and filed with the Town Clerk's office for inspection.
