Platte County approved cooperative purchasing agreements for cellular forensic and analytical software to support investigations: CO079 for $21,413.50 and CO080 for $13,011.37, both included in the 2026 budget, and both approved 3–0.

The sheriff's office requested approval of annual cooperative purchasing agreements to maintain access to cellular forensic and analytic software used in investigations. Staff said the purchases would continue previously used software and were included in the 2026 budget; the auditor and county counsel reviewed the agreements and certified funds were available.
