On Feb. 5 the Smithfield School Committee voted 5-0 in a roll-call to convene an executive session under Rhode Island General Laws 42-46-5(a) for legal advice related to Does 1-5 v. Smithfield School Department (RIDE No. 25-077A) and to review prior executive session minutes. Mrs. Jessica Sala made the motion, Mrs. Amanda Fafard seconded, and Chair Richard Iannitelli polled the members for an individual roll-call vote.
