Dougherty County commissioners adopted a Section 3 Policy for the 2025 CHIP grant (Grant Number 2025-108) during the Aug. 25 special called meeting, recorded as Resolution 25-045. The policy was presented for consideration by Chairman Lorenzo Heard; Commissioner Russell Gray moved adoption and Commissioner Clinton Johnson seconded.
