The Dougherty County Commission unanimously approved a Memorandum of Agreement to engage the Southwest Georgia Regional Commission (SWGRC) to provide technical and administrative services for CHIP Grant Number 2025-108. Chairman Lorenzo Heard presented the MOA; Commissioner Russell Gray moved approval and Commissioner Clinton Johnson seconded.
