The board reviewed unfinished business related to 1810 Perry Highway and directed the property owners to submit a grading permit application and a plan showing the proposed grading site no later than Oct. 21, 2026. The board also directed Secretary/Treasurer Abbie M. Flinner to send a reminder notice should the application and plan not be received by Oct. 7.
