Trustee Mark Kramer moved to approve the July monthly board minutes; Trustee Larry Lensmith seconded and the board approved the motion by roll-call vote (Yes-4, No-0). The board also approved the Treasurer’s Reports for June 2026 covering the General, Sewer and Water funds after a motion from Mark Kramer and second by Larry Lensmith.
