On Oct. 6, 2026 the Federal Heights City Council unanimously approved Resolution No. 26-26, authorizing a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) subgrantee agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Adams County for the City's 2025 code enforcement project. Council Member Mike Vallero moved to approve, and Council Member Kevin Dougherty seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
