The Mayflower City Council on included Randy Coleman as the newest member of the council for Ward 2 Position 1. Chair (speaker 1) said Coleman had served on the planning commission and was willing to serve the remainder of the term; a motion to appoint him was made and seconded and the council approved the appointment by voice vote.
