Daniel Brown said he and his wife want to build a single-family home on a 5.54-acre parcel currently zoned I-1 and described an access plan relying on a 20-foot strip the neighboring owner might sell. "When I had talked, they had just said to do, like, a low density, but we wouldn't be opposed to zone it to just a single... I mean, that would be the plan," Brown said (Daniel Brown, applicant).
