The commission approved PUD 202600010 to expand the Jenkins Auto Group dealership along US‑19, allowing a canopy/service lane expansion and additional parking in the rear. The applicant sought deviations from the front buffer requirement and from cross‑access obligations that typical code would impose; staff and the Planning and Development Commission recommended conditions.
