Andrea Cline, chair of the Park Ridge Sustainability Commission, told commissioners she and Michelle LaGrotta plan to meet with City staff to prepare a discussion on single-use plastic bags at the Jan. 21 Committee of the Whole meeting, and she outlined the next steps including a possible ordinance change and public hearing.
