Commissioner Chad Blessinger updated the board on the Duff EDP Solar Park construction schedule, noting mechanical completion is anticipated Oct. 26, energization around Oct. 28, and full operational completion on Dec. 11, 2026. He also said the county is evaluating compliance needs for permitted solar parks and has contacted companies to develop a scope of work.
