The Licenses and Franchises Committee recommended multiple license actions and a utility plan resolution that the Council approved by voice vote on Oct. 13. The Council approved a Fuel Storage license at 245 Fifth Avenue for ALP PHOP Manager, LLC & NWALP PHOP owner and fuel storage licenses at 40, 50 & 60 Sylvan Road for ARE-MA. Councillor Brasco moved to make the committee's actions the Council's actions; the motions were approved by voice vote.
