The board voted twice on the start time for 2026 executive meetings. Commissioner Christina Yunker first moved (seconded by Commissioner Rusty Baker) to set executive meetings for 5:00 p.m.; that motion failed on a 3-4 roll call (Yes: Yunker, Rosado, Baker; No: Malone, Shaffer, Conklin, Hoffmaster).
