An HR representative speaking on behalf of Tammy updated the board on labor and wellness items. The county is in final methodology discussions with AFSCME over after‑hours and market adjustments and is preparing a market salary study intended to be released in October or November to support upcoming negotiations. HR is also assembling supervisor training programs and internal training modules.
