Director Flick told the Parks and Recreation Committee that the 2027 Reed Golf Course budget is showing a projected deficit for the first time, attributing the shortfall primarily to a planned HVAC project. "This budget is the first time that we're showing a deficit in our budget, and that's because of the HVAC project that's planned for the building," she said.
