The board approved an amended employment agreement for Stephanie Clawges as Elementary Principal effective Aug. 1, 2025–June 30, 2029, with a job-description change removing 'school psychologist' and adding 'Federal Program Coordinator'.

Committee member Jason Snyder moved, and Dr. Christopher Moinet seconded, to approve the updated elementary employment agreement for Stephanie Clawges. The motion recorded in the minutes was: “approve the updated Elementary Agreement for Stephanie Clawges, Elementary Principal, from August 1, 2025 through June 30, 2029.” The motion passed on a voice vote with six yes votes.
