Nicholas Greer introduced what he called the final change order for the reconstruction work and cited a total of $469,826.70. "So I can say with certainty now, this is the final Yeah? Change order for this... This is the final change order for the reconstruction we're getting created, in a month of $469,826.70," Greer said while presenting the figure.
