Two small rezoning requests and public hearing before Grant County CSZD Committee

The Grant County Conservation, Sanitation and Zoning Committee was scheduled to hold a public hearing on Oct. 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in County Board Room #264 to consider two rezoning requests listed on the committee's amended agenda. According to the agenda, Trent Fleege filed RZ26-15 to rezone “0.80 acres, more or less, from (FP) Farmland Preservation to (R3) Residential 3 in the Town of Jamestown. PIN:026-01398-0000.” The agenda also lists RZ26-16 from applicants and landowners Dan and Janet Jansen to rezone “0.91 acres, more or less, from (M1) Light Industrial to (R1) Residential 1 in the Town of Paris. PIN:046-00971-0000(pt).”
