Board approves reductions to Banning Engineering fees on three projects
The board approved three contract amendments reducing final payments to Banning Engineering on substantially complete projects by $4,975; $30,050.50; and $28,823.75 after engineers did not use the full fee.

Staff told the board that three separate projects with Banning Engineering are substantially complete and that the firm did not use the entirety of its fees. Amendment 1 for Anchorage Drain reduces the contract by $4,975; AF Ingram and Construction Services amendment reduces another contract by $30,050.50; and an amendment for the J.S. McCarty drain reduces a contract by $28,823.75.
