Mayor Freddie Foster read Resolution 2026‑13 to adopt the tentative FY2026‑2027 budget, and Commissioner Tom Harding moved for approval with a second from Commissioner Tom DiFransico. The Commission approved the resolution by unanimous roll‑call vote of the four members present.
