Special Magistrate Ralph Peterson opened the code enforcement hearing at 2:00 p.m. and outlined the docket and recording procedures. "Ralph Peterson, 1 of the special magistrates for the city of Pensacola. I'll be presiding over the hearings today on the court's docket," he said.
