On May 11 the Clarinda council approved the second reading of an ordinance deleting special speed restrictions from the Code of Ordinances; the vote was unanimous by roll call of attending members.

The Clarinda City Council approved the second reading of an ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances by deleting special speed restrictions. Council Member Jamie Shore moved for approval and Austin Ascherl seconded; roll call recorded ayes from McCall, Ascherl, Ridge and Shore and the motion carried.
