Paul Warnock, principal and vice president of RSA Plus, told the board he and his Lakeport office team have worked on county and city projects and that the firm stands ready to serve as road commissioner. Warnock said RSA Plus was engaged by the Judicial Council of California for courthouse services and selected by the city of Lakeport for a recent water and sewer main replacement and repaving project; he asked the board to appoint RSA Plus to fill the county's need for a road commissioner.
