At its July 21, 2026 meeting, the Waupun Business Improvement District was asked to consider how to develop its 2027 operating plan in coordination with the Main Street cohort, according to the agenda summary. Staff asked the board to decide whether to create a separate working group to craft the plan or to partner directly with the Main Street committees already forming around promotion, economic vitality, design and organization.
