Kayla Northup, project manager at VHB, described the safety analysis that underpins the regional plan, saying the team reviewed crashes from 2020 to 2024 and focused on fatal and serious-injury incidents. "So in total, we looked at crashes, as Gary mentioned, from 2020 to 2024," Northup said.
