The Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals approved a variance that lets Crew Car Wash retain a reduced canopy-lettering sign at its Rangeline Road location. The applicant had previously removed larger, noncompliant canopy signs and sought formal permission to replace multiple lane-specific letters with a single "Unlimited Club" sign with arrows for two lanes.
