Staff presented a first-phase contract with Athena Engineering to develop concept designs and cost estimates for intersections and connecting corridors in the Evanstown Center area. "This is just the 1st phase in the amount of 20,000 to be funded out of SPLOST 2328," staff said, and noted the work is intended to align concepts with SPLOST funding and county leadership priorities.
