Committee staff reported on Oct. 27 that contracts for the Freshpond project have been executed and procurement work is underway. Jen, a staff member who delivered the project update, said she prepared a supplemental bid package to satisfy state grant requirements and that the team discussed MWBE utilization goals as the project moves forward.
